Panhellenic Lodge gets a Facelift

This summer the Panhellenic lodge is getting a little facelift.  The outside got a fresh coat of paint and the front door is being completely replaced.  There were issues with wood ants and other bugs getting into the lodge, which is what prompted this overhaul.
It isn't completely finished yet, but it will be looking all new and sparkly come recruitment!
The vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms had gotten old and so we wrote a grant to have new floors put down in the kitchen and upstairs.  We have so many girls that come through during recruitment that the carpet gets gross really fast and has to be replaced so often that we opted to get tile that will (hopefully) last much longer and vinyl wood floors for the upstairs.  Maybe in a year or two we'll finish the entire lodge and get wood floors put in downstairs.
This is the new entryway with the new tile.
And here is the upstairs with the old, dirty carpet gone and the new, clean wood floors put down.  Hopefully this will be better able to tolerate 200 girls coming in and out for recruitment and all of the other meetings that occur here.  I know the girls will be very thankful for this and hopefully other organizations on campus will benefit from this update as well!
