Puppy Time

My deposit is in the mail.

Only 2.5 more weeks until she comes to her new home!

We've considered getting a dog for a while, and when I say we, I really mean ME! I've semi-wanted a dog for a while, but never really had the nerve to take the plunge of dog ownership. I say "semi" because part of me wanted a dog, but then the other part of me really didn't. Grayson was never really on board, especially when we lived in Jonesboro, because he knew all of the responsibility that would come with a dog and knew we weren't really ready. When when we got TC it helped me to not want a dog so much and she has really grown on me over the past 2 years, but lately after moving, I've decided that another companion around the house would be fun. I've been searching and searching and finally found a breeder in driving distance down in south Louisiana where we'll get the pup.

We don't have any puppy names picked out yet, so if you have any inspiration after seeing these pics, let me know!!! She will be around 7-8 weeks old when we pick her up and I'm getting very excited! Grayson is too, for the record. We are hoping that TC will be nice and friendly to our new household friend. TC has actually adjusted very well to her new Ruston home, so we're hoping she will continue being sweet. Grayson thinks I'm giving her too much credit so I guess only time will tell!
