Nothing New to Report

But I feel like I've gone too long since my last post so here's a Friday afternoon brain dump!

* The plane crash into the Hudson is probably one of my top five worst nightmares. Not that the plane crashed, but the fact that it was because two birds flew into the propellers!

* I'm so excited that Whitney had her baby! I can hardly wait to go and meet Ms. Livy Anne.

* I loved seeing icicles on my way to work this morning.

* I'm a little anxious about my long run this weekend. Something about running longer than you've ever run before that makes me freak out.

* I hate that I have to drive to Shreveport by myself tomorrow, but I'm excited about going shopping.

* I'm excited to get my new cell phone.

* I've made the switch and will take on a new Louisiana area code! That means real committment.

* I wish I could fly to Colorado to visit friends this weekend.

* I'm excited about my three day weekend.

* Our house is freezing at night. So much so that it is not uncommon for me and Grayson to wear socks, sweatpants, a t-shirt, a sweatshirt w/ hoodie pulled over our heads ... and still be a little drafty.

* My life is extremely ironic: I love dogs, but I own a cat.

* I fully intend to spoil myself this evening and go get a manicure from Tim at LTech nails.

* Pandora is the best website ever.

That's all ... I'm out and done for the week. Take care and hopefully upon my return I'll have something better and more interesting to share.
