Bachelor party and sushi.

Grayson went to Fort Worth this weekend to help a few friends celebrate. First, he went to Joe T's to celebrate our friend Dan's 30th birthday. I heard it was a success and that Dan had a wonderful time. I was slightly jealous b/c Joe T's is hands down, one of my favorite Mexican food restaurants in Fort Worth.

The next day Grayson and all the guys headed out to the lake for a bachelor party full of skiing, tubing and attempts to bare foot. Grayson said he drank a few gallons of water in his attempt to bare foot ski, which sadly were unsuccessful.

While they were on the lake, they found a few cool slides which sadly, are the only pictures taken throughout the whole weekend. Grayson hopes that these will serve as inspiration for a slide out at the new lake house. I have to admit, they are pretty cool!

While Grayson was in Fort Worth, I decided to run some much needed errands in Shreveport. Since it was tax free weekend, I decided to do a little shopping of my own as well. Despite the fact that it was literally 105 degrees I was able to run all my errands, find some great sales and even end the day with a good book, glass of wine and delicious sushi! I guess Grayson should go out of town more often? No, not really!

While he was away I did hear that he attempted to cuddle with Dave. Something to the effect that Dave woke-up one night with Grayson attempting to throw his leg over Dave while interlocking ankles??? I hope it was just that he forgot who he was sleeping with! Anyways, Grayson had a blast this weekend spending time with the guys doing lake stuff and I had fun doing some of my own girly stuff and it's only 25 more days or so until Dave's big day :) We can hardly wait!
