Girls, Girls, Girls!

A couple of weekends ago Madalyn, a few other bridesmaids and I were able to host Natalee's (Grayson's sister) Bachelorette Weekend in Hodge. She requested that it be a relaxing weekend for all of her close girlfriends, so we opted to spend the day lounging by the pool, eating girly food and enjoying a night of dinner and gifts. This was the table set for lunch. We ate on beautiful china, had gorgeous floral arrangements made by Kathy and we ate delicious food.

While all the girls were inside working hard on eating, our pool boy worked even harder to get the pool just perfect for swimming. He did a great job, there were no bugs or leaves to be found; and all this was done in almost 100 degree weather. I'm not sure we ever ended up tipping this guy?
Natalee was so sweet and gave each girl a towel with her name monogrammed on it. We used them the whole day without getting one bit confused.
Most of the girls just hanging out by the pool :)
1/2 of the hostesses for the day.
After lounging and having our nails and toes painted we all washed up and got ready for dinner @ Copeland's in Monroe.

Because we knew we would be out so late, Grayson opted/got volunteered to be our chauffer for the evening. Really, he is the best at driving the big van without making everyone carsick. He did a great job hanging with the girls :)

Madalyn did a wonderful job taking notes during the gift portion of the evening. She helped make it a fun evening full of lots of laughter!

Natalee's future sister-in-laws were there to celebrate as well. It has been so fun getting to know Dax's family better during this process. It was a fun night getting to know her other bridesmaids and close girlfriends as well. All of it made me even more excited about the wedding ... only 2 more months!
