Dallas is treating us right so far. I sometimes have moments when I feel guilty for basically getting a vacation while Grayson is busy studying, but then I move on.
Yesterday, we made our first pit stop at Chipotle where Grayson and I met up with my Panhellenic President. She was in town and sort of bored so we ate with her and them Grayson left to study while we hit up Northpark.
After shopping, I then met up with Maddie for a drink at the Katy Trail Ice House. We had so much fun and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was super crowded when we were there so we got to know some people which was fun.

We attempted to have Chipotle again for dinner, but it was closed so we opted instead for Jimmy John's sandwiches. That was one of Grayson's favorite restaurants at Notre Dame so it was fun to remember the last time we were there.

This morning came early and I dropped G off for the test. We got there early enough so thankfully there wasn't much traffic.

Then I treated myself to a nice, long run at the Katy Trail. I could seriously be a real runner if we had trails like this in Ruston. I was done with 8 miles without even realizing it bc there were so many gorgeous homes and landscaping to look at. The perfect temps may have helped too!!!

And now i have a steak burrito and chicken bowl and am waiting patiently for G to come out. Only 40 minutes left in my meter so I hope he hurries!!!
