I'm pretty sure Grayson and I are meant to be. Basically, b/c we are both sort of dorky. Like I mentioned before, we started Power 90 again which means waking up way earlier than what we are typically used to. In an attempt to make sure we really did get up this morning, we set both of our alarms.
This morning when they went off we were surprised to see that not only did we set them for the same time (ok, that's not that surprising), but then we saw that we labeled the alarm the exact same title, and we chose the same exact ring tone. What tone you ask? The motorcycle revving its' engine ... why? I have no idea, but it made us laugh that we both chose that random tone to wake us up.
In case you're wondering, it worked. We were up and at 'em at 5:50am on the dot!

Mardi Gras wreaths- I remember those. You are right, in Louisiana is goes Christmas to Mardi Gras. I made a wreath one year--buy a straw wreath and wrap/cover it with 'mardi gras' garland. Then use hot glue to cluster a big bow, porcelain mask, beads and some doubloons on it. (I think I found everything at Micheal's/Hobby Lobby and the beads etc were from a parade of course) Voila! A mardi gras wreath!
