Happy New Year!

As a follow-up to my previous post, I thought I would write about all that we are looking forward to during 2011. It may not be much, but it's worth sharing nonetheless.

* The Bachelor. It starts tonight. We've had it on our calendar for months. We have a party planned to mark this major event. I am printing sheets for everyone to make their predictions. We are obsessed.

* Lots of fun supper club get togethers with friends where we will enjoy cooking one item and yet eating an entire meal.

* I will experience my first Mardi Gras. I will see if it compares to Fiesta in San Antonio.

* Grayson will begin studying for and will sit for the CFA level 2 ... Lord, help me!

* I will attempt to improve my cooking skills. Not so much what it tastes like, more the act of actually doing it.

* Baby Pedroza #2 will make his/her appearance in late July. Meaning, Meho and Erin will be parents again and we get to be an aunt/uncle again! YAY!

* We will hopefully take a short, relaxing vacation somewhere close.

* We will start Power 90 again and get in beach-body condition!

That doesn't sound very exciting at this point and now I'm sort of wishing I wouldn't have done this post, but oh well. I know neat adventures will pop up around every corner and we are very excited to start enjoying the ride!
