Cousin's Reunion

Two weekends ago, Grayson and I headed down to Houston to meet up with all of my cousins for a "Cousin's Retreat." I think the last time we were all together was Thanksgiving 2006! Needless to say, it was time to get together. At least three kids have been born since then and so it was time for them to meet.

We took a new route to Houston, shaving off at least 2 hours since our last trip. We now have a favorite route that only takes us 4:45 minutes. Be warned for those living in Houston, we may be visiting more often now!

Anyways, we drove down first thing Saturday morning to meet up with everyone. We watched the Saints game and hung out that afternoon. We grilled fajitas and hung out by the firepit that evening. The next morning was filled with doughnuts, playing outside and saying goodbye! It was so fun to laugh, catch up and watch all the kiddos play together. We're not sure when the next reunion will be, but we are definitely looking forward to it!

It was actually very cold in Houston. The firepit was great for keeping warm while chatting.
Easton helped us root for the Saints.
Brayden and Easton, born only 1 day apart!
The kids of the cousins ... what kid doesn't love to take a "silly" picture?
All the cousins (minus Chad & Amanda). Can't wait for Reunion #2!!!
