Day 3: Barkley Lou
She definitely wasn't in "our plan". The plan was to go to south Louisiana and pick up the runt of the litter and bring her home. The plan did not include bringing home the biggest and most social puppy of the litter, but that's what happened. Grayson could tell Barkley would be sweet and just couldn't resist adding her to our family. She was a charmer even when she was little. 
There were times when we thought we couldn't handle Barkley. With all of her peeing, pooping and constantly needing to be around people we weren't sure we were the right fit. We even let her take a vacation for a few months, but in the end we are so thankful for her and lucky we got her back.
She is a great companion, so snuggly and sweet. She is super social and loves to be in the mix of things, all complimentary to our family. If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting Barkley Lou, I highly recommend it!
